Domestic cleaning

Our Domestic Cleaning Services are designed for both landlords and tenants, private home owners, holiday home owners, letting and estate agents, and range from daily domestic cleaning, through one-off deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and moving cleans.

We appoint a Customer Service Manager to manage and discuss your requirements. On our first appointment (before we allocate the same house cleaner to visit you regularly) , our manager will introduce this person to you by visiting you at home at the most convenient time.

Here’s what we do

• Floors: Wash and/or vacuum throughout
• Kitchen: Clean work surfaces, dust and wipe appliances, wipe cupboard fronts clean, and wash floors.
• Bathrooms: Thoroughly clean sinks, baths, toilets and wipe counters.
• All rooms: Clean and dust skirting boards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windows, furniture and light fittings, and vacuum throughout, tidy, change bed linen. We can iron your clothes as well.

You mix and match any of the tasks above to create a service most suitable for your home/office.

 

Doing business the old fashioned way 

All staff members are required to wear company issued clothing with a visible company logo.

No jackets or shirts displaying other advertising, logos, or pictures are allowed. Smoking is prohibited. No use of electronic devices that play music or other forms of entertainment are allowed: we are in your place of business to clean, not to be entertained. No profanity is allowed. No mobile phone use is allowed except for company communication or emergency purposes. We value the trust you place in us.

 

Our Customer Services Manager

He has over 7 years experience in all areas of the cleaning business and is available to answer any of your cleaning questions, evaluate your needs and schedule cleaning services for you. He also coordinates staff assignments.

You will find him very pleasant and extremely helpful. You can count on him to expedite your requests and put you in touch with the staff member that is the best for you. A customer service representative will be available to answer any questions you may have from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Any calls to the office made after closing time will be returned by 10:00 AM the next working day.

 

Quality Inspections

If you hire us for your private property, no inspections are necessary as you can always contact our customer manager who introduced a housekeeper to you on your first meeting and will remain in touch with you regarding all cleaning services.

 

Staff

Our staff members are screened prior to being hired; they are bonded and fully insured, clear in English and CRB-CHECKED.

They very loyal cleaning professional. They are trained, uniformed, friendly, will follow custom checklists to ensure consistency with the quality of cleaning in accordance with your scheduled requirements.
